COVID-19 How We Are Protecting You



Here are our general procedures that we have implemented across the nursery to ensure you can feel safe during your time with us:


We have a one way system in place across the entire garden centre, please follow the arrows throughout your time with us. If you enter an area (such as the compost, bedding greenhouse and outdoor shrub area) where there are no arrows, you are in a bidirectional zone. In these zones a one way system does not apply, so please maintain 2m distance from others and refrain from going into areas with large groups of people. Hand sanitiser stations have been set up in our restaurant and garden centre at entrances and exits to ensure your visit is as safe as possible.


Due to the increased costs of hygiene, sanitation, social distancing and limited capacity, we have had to slightly increase our prices of some of our products, we appreciate your understanding of this during these difficult times. You may also notice that we have had to strip back some of our stock of certain items, we are trying our very best to keep items in stock, however we are reliant on suppliers for certain items which leads to delays in deliveries and low stock levels.


Please note that face masks are required at all times in the garden centre, or until you are seated at your table in the restaurant. You must also keep 2m distance from all other customers not in your group at all times.


Our toilets remain CLOSED for the majority of customers. We have opened 1 toilet and is accessible for disabled users, however please understand this is the only toilet for use by customers so please expect a delay/queue when visiting the toilets.


If you have a disability, or struggle with mobility when you are with us, please let a member of staff know - we may be able to find an alternative route which allows you to pass through the garden centre/restaurant safely via more accessible routes.


Whilst our restaurant is open for business, we are operating a sit-down service only. We are also running a reduced menu to what you would normally be used to, we have a limited range of drinks, light snacks and meals available.
