We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Sous Chef or Chef to come and work alongside our team here at Clent Nurseries. We have a friendly team here which we are trying to expand.

Day to day Duties of the Sous Chef

• Working alongside our Head Chef, learning our menu in all aspects of cooking and presentation

• Ordering food from suppliers

• Cleaning at the end of service on both passes

• Prepping meals for the following days

• Supporting the rest of the team as and when needed.

Basic Job requirements for the Sous Chef

• 9 - 5

• 3 days a week - 2 days in the week and 1 day on the weekend

• Paid Holiday

• Must be willing to cover holiday and sickness

• Weekly pay

Our interview process is a paid trial shift, working alongside our Head Chef to see how our kitchen and service works.
